When you book a car, you rarely see how it reaches you. Two services can look identical on a website and feel completely different on the road — and the reason is usually the same: one owns its cars and chauffeurs, the other sources them from a network of third parties for each trip. The word "fleet" gets used for both. They are not the same thing.
Aggregated vs. owned
An aggregator model stitches together cars and drivers it doesn't employ or maintain. It's flexible and scales fast, but no one is fully accountable for any single ride — the car's upkeep, the driver's training and the service standard all sit with different people. An own-fleet model means the vehicle, the chauffeur and the responsibility all belong to one company. When you ride with us, the car is ours, the chauffeur is ours, and so is the outcome.
Consistency, every single time
Because every car comes from the same fleet, maintained to the same standard, your second ride feels like your first — and your fiftieth feels like your second. The same cleanliness, the same condition, the same calibre of chauffeur, whether you're in Mumbai or Pune, on a Tuesday morning or a Sunday night. Consistency sounds unglamorous until you've experienced its opposite.
Maintenance you can't see — but feel
Owning the cars means we maintain them on a schedule, not by chance. Every vehicle follows fixed servicing intervals, gets a pre-trip inspection before outstation runs, carries comprehensive insurance, and is retired before it starts to tire. None of this is visible from the back seat — you simply notice that the car is quiet, the brakes are sure and nothing rattles.
Chauffeurs, not strangers
An own fleet pairs naturally with directly-managed chauffeurs — handpicked, trained, uniformed and held to a single standard. If your regular chauffeur is unavailable, their replacement is held to that same standard, because they answer to the same team. You're never handed off to a one-off freelancer who has no stake in how the day goes.
When something goes wrong
The real test of any service is the bad day, not the good one — a flight that shifts, a plan that changes, a question at 2am. With one team accountable end-to-end, there's always someone to call who can actually fix it, not pass you between parties. Accountability isn't a feature you notice on an ordinary trip; it's the thing that quietly protects every trip.
That's the model we've held since 2002: our own 500+ vehicles, our own chauffeurs, our own offices across seven cities, and one team answerable for the whole journey. If you'd like to feel the difference, send us an enquiry — we respond within four hours.
